SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Mr. Akroyd brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, Site Engineering, Entitlement and Horticulture. Mr. Akroyd has designed and managed numerous projects from concept to completion within the multi-faceted field of Landscape Architecture. Mr. Akroyd’s work in the public forum as past Chairman of the Lenox Board of Selectmen and past Chairman of the Lenox Planning Board and a member of the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals, and Chairman of various task forces has allowed him to develop valued tools in the arena of public participation, consensus building and committee input, the whole time fostering skills in dealing with public officials and agencies.
