Rooted In The Berkshires
More than thirty years of practice across the same hills, valleys, and municipal review boards has given us a familiarity with this region that is only acquired through sustained presence: which sites drain effectively, which boards act efficiently, and which municipalities carry particular considerations worth addressing early.
This familiarity is not incidental to the work. It is often the distinction between a project that proceeds smoothly through approvals and one that stalls midway through the process.

Our projects primarily fall within the three regions below, though, as detailed further on, our practice is not confined to them.
Western Massachusetts
Our home base, and the region where the majority of our work takes place, from Stockbridge estates to Sandisfield hillsides.
